Shipping Policy

Quality Nature ships products globally, except in case of restrictions on certain products due to international regulation for certain international destinations. 

Free shipping is offered for all customers within the U.S. with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 business days. 

In case of international customers, we will inform you of the estimated net cost of shipping the products and the delivery dates based on your shipping options. 

Returns Policy

At Quality Nature we are not only committed to offering you the best natural health and fitness solutions in the market, but also to guarantee 100% satisfaction. Therefore, if for some reason you feel that the product you have received must be returned, Quality Nature offers complete refund of your payment for most unopened products.

The following policy highlights the returns and refund timeline and procedure. Read it carefully prior to proceeding. 

Timeline

All unopened Quality Nature products can be returned for full refund within 30 calendar days of receipt. In case the 30-day period has lapsed, Quality Nature reserves the right to reject refunds for the returned product(s). 

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks, starting from the date we receive the package. This time period includes delays in:

  • Receiving your return from the shipper (up to 10 business days), 
  • Processing your return (up to 5 business days), 
  • Time required by the bank to process our refund request (up to 10 business days).

The above mentioned time line is simply an estimate, normally it takes less to release funds to your account. In case of delays, we request your patience and cooperation.

Package Condition upon Return

Full refund is reliant on the condition in which the product is received at the Quality Nature facility. You are responsible for the safe return shipping of the product. Adequate return packaging and insurance are advised. 

All returning products must be received in the same condition as they were dispatched and shipped to you i.e. in new and unopened condition. Unopened products in reasonably resalable condition will be refunded for the full price minus the shipping charges paid by Quality Nature for free shipping. 

In case the return is due to error on our part e.g. dispatching incorrect or defective item, we will also pay return shipping costs.

Return Precautions

To receive your refund, please take the following precautionary measures:

  • Return the product(s) is their original packaging if possible
  • Enclose a copy of your order receipt or order number with the package
  • Call Quality Nature Customer Service at (917)755-4754 and inform the operator, or email us at support@qualitynature.com  prior to returning any goods. 
  • Ask for further details if you are not sure about something in this Shipping & Returns Policy.
  • Ship with a tracking number as the returning package is under your responsibility until we have received it.

Disclaimer — Orders Seized by Customs

In case your returned  package is seized by customs and not returned to us, Quality Nature reserves the right not to issue you a refund. Once the package has been cleared by customs, we will process the refunds only if the product is received in their original packaging, unopened, and in good condition. The refund price will be calculated as follows: product cost minus shipping, handling, and insurance costs.
